It's a ready-to-move property, which is a positive. The proximity to major highways like NH-48 is a definite advantage for connectivity. However, being a chartered accountant, I scrutinise details. The price range from 1.77 Crore to 5.34 Crore is significant. Also, the project completion was in 2012, and the lack of readily available OC information needs careful consideration before making a purchase. The nearby distance to the hospital is convenient though.
