The 2 BHK apartments have a saleable area of 92 Sq.ft, which feels a little compact for us, especially with two kids. The developer, SS Constructions Mahabubnagar, promises completion by June 2025. We liked that they included a sewage treatment plant and water conservation measures. The location in Balaji Nagar is okay, but we are worried about the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity. Also, the access road seems a bit narrow, which might be an issue during peak houWe need to think about whether this layout will work long term for our growing children.
