The location in New Town is developing rapidly, which is good for future appreciation. SS Construction has a reputation for timely delivery, which gave me confidence. The amenities provided, such as car parking and lifts, are practical. The price point of 28 Lakh onwards made it an accessible option. My only concern is the approach road to the project; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be tricky for larger vehicles during busy times. However, the overall security with a gated community and 24x7 surveillance is excellent.

The only thing is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen going towards Salt Lake Sector V, but the metro station is only a 6-minute drive away, so that's a plus.
