Being in the IT field, proximity to the airport metro is important, and it's only about 4 kilometeaway, which is convenient for our travel. We got a built-up area of 920 square feet for 44 Lakhs. The construction quality looks solid so far. SS Real Homes has included amenities like rainwater harvesting and electrification with solar energy options, which are good for long-term savings. The only minor concern is the traffic noise from the main road sometimes, but it's generally manageable in the evenings. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

SS Real Homes has incorporated Vastu compliance and essential infrastructure like internal roads. The provision for rainwater harvesting is also a responsible feature. My main reservation is the slightly higher price point compared to some other projects in the vicinity, but the immediate availability made it worthwhile. The build quality appeasatisfactory for the price.

It's located in Pozhichalur, Chennai South, and is priced between 42.63 Lakh and 46.55 Lakh. We found the nearby Peace On Green Earth Public School (2.59 km) very convenient for our children. The developer, SS Real Homes, has ensured basic amenities like internal roads and footpaths are in place. Electrification with options like solar energy is also a plus. The only drawback we've noticed is that the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and congested during peak school drop-off and pick-up times. Overall, it's a good step up for our family.

The size is good, around 870 to 950 square feet, which gives the kids enough space to play indooPeace On Green Earth Public School is only about 2.59 kilometeaway, making the morning commute much easier for us. The price range of 42.63 Lakh to 46.55 Lakh was within our budget. We also liked that the project is Vastu Compliant. The internal roads are well laid out. One small thing is that the Polichalur Main Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so dropping the kids off needs careful timing. Otherwise, SS Real Homes seems to have delivered a decent product.
