This is my fit property purchase, and I chose SS Nivas Villa in Pammal. I was looking for a 3 BHK villa, and the built-up area of 1200 square feet felt just right. The price starting from 88 Lakhs was a bit of a stretch for my budget, but the developer SS Real Homes offered a ready-to-move-in option which was very appealing. The location is good, very close to Peace On Green Earth Public School, which is convenient for families. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The only slight concern is that the OC was not available, which made me a bit hesitant initially, but the builder assured us it would be processed. Overall, it feels like a good start.
