I bought a 3 BHK flat which is 1405 Sq.ft built-up. The price of 43.2 Lakh onwards seemed like a good starting point. The location in Garia, Sonarpur is developing, and it's close to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station (2 mins). The amenities like the children's play area and sports area are good for future family plans. My only slight worry is that OC is not available, but hopefully that gets sorted soon.
