We were looking for a larger home and found SS Lavaniya Flat to be suitable. Our 3 BHK is 1050 square feet, offering good space for our two children. The proximity to Velammal New Gen School, just a 4-minute drive, was a huge deciding factor for us. We moved in around December last year. The amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. However, parking can be a bit challenging if you have guests over, as the space is not very extensive. The overall construction quality appeagood, and SS Reality has been responsive to our minor queries since we moved in. Medavakkam itself is developing nicely.
