The possession was in October 2023, so it's already completed. The nearby proximity to Raidurg Metro Station, a short distance, is a good sign for future rental potential and connectivity. However, I did notice the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which might affect ease of access for tenants. Also, the surrounding area seemed a bit dusty during my visit, possibly due to ongoing construction nearby. It’s a good buy if you are looking for immediate possession and good connectivity.
