Being a single woman, the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance in this gated community were very important for my decision. It feels safe here. The villa is ready to move in, and the price of 82 Lakh felt justified for the features offered. The proximity to PARVATHY HOSPITAL is a huge relief, and the school being right next door is also convenient. My only minor gripe is that the parking space is a bit cramped, especially when visitocome over. Otherwise, the 24x7 water supply works well, and the Vastu compliance is a nice touch.
