The 1089 Sq.ft 3 BHK flats with VRV air-conditioning and Italian marble sound luxurious. The developer, SS Group, has highlighted 85% open greens and an organic garden, which is fantastic. The price is around 2.16 Crore, and it is currently under construction with a March 2029 deadline. While the hospital Miracles Apollo Cradle is nearby, which isn't too bad, the distance to the metro station is over nearby, which might be inconvenient for commuting into Delhi.

We are considering SS Cendana for our new home. The proximity to Euro International School 84, which is just under nearby, is a huge factor for us. The 3 BHK configuration offe1089 Sq.ft of space, which should be comfortable for our family. I really liked the idea of a swimming pool and an open gym for the kids to use. The developer, SS Group, seems to be putting in good landscaping. My only worry is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is quite common in Gurgaon projects. Also, the metro station is quite far at over nearby.
