This is my fit property purchase, and I chose S&S Aishwaryam. I bought a 2 BHK configuration which is 1058 square feet built up. It is ready to move, which is convenient for me. The price is 47.61 Lakhs, which is a significant amount for a fit-time buyer like myself, but it seems to be a fair price for this area in Chennai North. The project was completed in 2013. I am looking forward to settling in. One thing that I noticed is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning, but I am hoping it is sorted.
