We purchased a 3 BHK builder floor at SRV Kamlax Floofor our family. The 1485 square feet area is quite generous. The entrance lobby and the overall look of the building from SRV Landbase are appealing. We were particularly impressed with the Italian marble flooring and the reputed brand lift. The security systems, including 24x7 CCTV, are robust. Being ready to move is a big advantage. The only minor drawback is the dust on Dwarka Expressway currently due to ongoing construction in the vicinity, but we expect that to settle down. The price of 1.94 Crore is significant but seems justified.
