We decided on SRR Pride because it offered a ready-to-move 4 BHK villa and was close to Miyapur Metro Station, nearby, making commutes manageable. The 2400 square feet villa provides enough space for us and potential future family additions. We love the swimming pool and the gymnasium for our weekend relaxation and fitness. The SRR Properties developer seems reliable. However, the car parking area feels a bit cramped, especially if we have guests over with multiple vehicles. Also, the construction dust from ongoing work nearby is noticeable at times.

I purchased a 4 BHK villa in SRR Pride as an investment. The price point of 1.56 Crore onwards seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move villa in North Hyderabad. The location in Bachupally is developing, and proximity to the Nehru Outer Ring road is a plus for connectivity. I was impressed with the amenities offered, especially the Olympic size swimming pool and the gymnasium. However, I am a bit concerned about the completion status not being readily available and the OC received status also not being clearly communicated. This is something potential buyeshould definitely clarify with SRR Properties.

We moved into SRR Pride a few months ago after retiring. The villa is quite spacious at 2400 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. I particularly enjoy the landscaped gardens and the peaceful atmosphere. Having the Silver Oaks International School right at nearby is convenient, though we don't have children studying there anymore. The gated community aspect provides a good sense of security, which is important for us now. The maintenance staff has been quite responsive to small requests we've had regarding the property. Overall, it's a comfortable place for our retirement.

The built-up area is 2400 square feet, which feels very generous. I really liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security. The 2400 square feet built-up area of the 4 BHK villa offeample space. I appreciate the 100% power backup and 24x7 security features, which are crucial for my peace of mind given my demanding work schedule. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding. My only minor concern is the traffic getting onto the main road during peak hou, but that's typical for this part of Hyderabad.
