The location in Vengaivasal is accessible via Medavakkam-Mambakkam Main Road and is not too far from GST Road. The price range is quite varied, from 18.39 L to 74.92 L, allowing for different choices. The amenities provided, such as fire fighting systems and reserved parking, are reassuring. It is a decent project by SRM Builde, offering basic comforts for a family. My only slight concern is the distance to major shopping cente, requiring a bit of travel.

I bought a 1 BHK here, the built-up area is 420 Sq.ft which is quite compact but works for me. SRM Rosalia is ready to move, which was a big plus as I needed something quickly. The location in Vengaivasal is decent, close to GST Road which is about 750 meteaway. Getting to work takes around 30 minutes usually. The entrance lobby looks nice and there is video door security which adds to the safety. I wish the kitchen was a little bigger, but overall it is a good value for the price point which was around 20 Lakhs. The 24X7 water supply is also very reliable.
