It was completed in 2012 by SRM Builde, so it was ready to move in immediately. The medical facilities nearby are reassuring, and having 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The location in Madambakkam is okay, but I sometimes find the traffic near Camp Road Flyover a bit heavy, especially in the evenings. Otherwise, it's a decent place for a single peon.
