We wanted something ready to move into immediately after our wedding, and SRM Raman fit the bill. Being in Sholinganallur, it’s convenient for both of us to get to our IT offices. The 5-minute distance to Narayana E-Techno School is more for future planning, but it’s good to know it’s there. The apartment layout is decent, though we felt the living area could have been a bit larger. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze if you have guests over. SRM Buildedelivered on time, which was a relief. It’s a good starting point for us, not too expensive and in a developing area. We are happy with the purchase for now.
