We liked SRM Arun because it is ready to move. We are looking for a 2 BHK flat in Chennai South, Madambakkam. The location is quite convenient, especially with Trileaves International School just a minute away. My husband works in IT and the commute to the city center is manageable. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for our morning routines. The SRM Buildeseem to have a good reputation. We looked at the car parking and it seemed adequate for our needs. Overall, a decent option for young couples starting out. We will be moving in next month.

I bought this 2 BHK flat in SRM Arun for my parents who are living in Chennai. Being ready to move was essential as I couldn't wait for construction. The location in Madambakkam, Chennai South, is good as it's close to Bhaarath Medical College And Hospital. SRM Buildeincluded 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for elderly residents. The landscaping looks nice in the pictures, and I hope my parents will enjoy the green spaces. I haven't seen the flat myself, but my brother visited and said the construction quality looks solid. It's a good place for them to settle.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose SRM Arun. It's ready to move, which was a big factor for me. I found a nice 3 BHK configuration. The SRM Buildehave provided amenities like a children's play area and a gymnasium, which are good for the future. The hospital is a short distance, which gives some peace of mind. The price was within my budget, though I’m not mentioning the exact figure. The area seems to be developing well. My only small concern is the traffic getting out of Madambakkam during peak hou, but it's manageable.
