It was ready to move in, which suited my immediate needs. The amenities like car parking, 24x7 water supply, and power backup are practical for daily living. The gated community offegood security. The proximity to the B1 Police Station Bus Stop at nearby is also beneficial for commuting. However, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can be a bit of a nuisance sometimes. We were looking for a modern apartment in a good locality, and Srivari Apartments seemed like a good fit. The location in Town Hall, Race Coue is quite central. We are still settling in but the 1600 square feet built up area for the 3 BHK is plenty of room for us. The children's play area is a nice touch for when we have guests with kids. They also have 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance which gives us peace of mind. The only small issue is the parking; it can get a bit tight if you have two vehicles. But overall, it’s a decent place to start our life together.
