We are looking to move out of our rented place and Sristi Apartment caught our eye. We are considering the 1 BHK option, which has a large carpet area of 1776 square feet. It’s under construction by Debdutta Mondal, with completion planned for July 2026. The location in Paschim Putiary, Haridevpur is quite convenient. It’s right beside GD Birla School and IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL, which is a fantastic advantage. Plus, Netaji Metro Station is only about 0.85 kilometeaway, making daily commutes easier. The only small issue we noticed is that the internal roads leading to the project are quite narrow. We hope they widen them or improve them before handover. Otherwise, it seems like a solid choice for us.

Netaji Metro Station is also quite accessible, just 0.85 kilometeaway. My main concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road connecting to Haridevpur. It can get quite congested. Apart from that, the project looks promising.
