The price of 30 Lakhs was quite reasonable for the location in Vittasandra. Being close to Electronic City, where we both work, is a huge convenience, taking only a short distance reach. We liked the idea of choosing our own design for the house. The project is ready to move in, completed back in June 2011. We are still in the planning phase for construction but are excited about the prospect of living here. The area has ICON SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE nearby, which is good for the future. Srinivas Associates seems like a reliable developer.

  We were looking for a plot in Electronic City for a while. Srinivas Chaitra SheltePhase II had plots around 1200 Sq.ft which seemed like a good size. The location is close to ICON SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE, which is a huge plus for us. Commuting to Electronic City itself takes about 8 minutes, so that's very convenient. We are planning to build a small independent house here for the family. The price range was within our budget, around 30 Lakhs for the smaller plots. We haven't started construction yet, but the area feels promising for families. It's a ready to move in project as of June 2011, which is quite old now but the plots are available. We hope the infrastructure around develops further.
