The price of 30 Lakhs was quite reasonable for the location in Vittasandra. Being close to Electronic City, where we both work, is a huge convenience, taking only a short distance reach. We liked the idea of choosing our own design for the house. The project is ready to move in, completed back in June 2011. We are still in the planning phase for construction but are excited about the prospect of living here. The area has ICON SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE nearby, which is good for the future. Srinivas Associates seems like a reliable developer.
