The project is already ready to move which is a relief because I do not have to wait for any construction updates or handover delays. Srimanth Developehas kept the site clean and the boundary demarcations are very clear for each plot. Access to main roads is okay, though the approach road could be slightly wider for heavy vehicles. I am expecting the valuation to appreciate well in the next few yeagiven the proximity to city limits.
