We just moved into our 2 BHK at Srikar Classic Tower and it's been pretty good so far. The size is decent, 1140 square feet, which works for us as we both work in IT and are out most of the day. The location in Kukatpally is convenient for my husband's office and we found a good school nearby for when we plan to start a family. The price range was within our budget, around 55 Lakhs. The construction quality looks solid and we haven't faced any major issues. Water supply has been consistent, which is a big plus. My only minor complaint is that the common areas could be maintained a bit better, sometimes the lobby feels a little dusty. Overall, a decent place for young professionals.

After renting for yea, we finally decided to buy our own home and chose Srikar Classic Tower. We got a spacious 2 BHK, 1140 square feet, and it feels like a big upgrade. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Akshara International School for our daughter and also close to Dr. Rao's ENT hospital. We paid about 56 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location. Having 24x7 water supply is a huge relief compared to our rental place. The building has a good feel to it, and the open car parking is convenient. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

My main concern is the immediate connectivity; while it's close to a metro station, the internal roads leading to the project can be a bit narrow and congested during peak hou, which might affect rental appeal slightly. The spectacular view of the national park is a definite plus point for future tenants though. I am expecting good rental yields.
