We were looking for a plot to build our dream home in Shivamogga. Srihari Layout by Srinivasa Shivamogga caught our eye. It’s in Dummalli Village, and the best part is that it’s ready to move in. This gives us the flexibility to plan our house construction exactly how we want it. We saw the site a couple of times. The plots seem to be a good size for a future two-story house. The main concern for us is the lack of immediate amenities nearby. We were hoping for something closer to shopping centeor cafes, but it’s quite secluded. We will have to drive out for most things, which might be inconvenient.
