Water conservation is also mentioned, which is important. The only minor issue is that some areas still have dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that’s common in developing areas. It’s ready to move, which is a big plus.

Getting around can be a little tricky as the internal roads are not the widest, and sometimes traffic can build up on the main road leading out of Kandukur. However, for the price point, I think it’s a fair deal for a ready to move plot.
