Finding a home close to good schools was our priority. Sri Venkatswar Flats is close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ashok Nagar, which is perfect for our children. We booked a 2.5 BHK unit, about 1050 square feet, which feels adequate for our family of four. The project is ready to move, which is great. We appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The price is around 1.1 Crore, which is what we budgeted for. Our only slight concern is that parking might be a bit tight if we have guests with ca, given the built-up area of the flats. The lift facility is essential for us.

This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I chose Sri Venkatswar Flats in Ashok Nagar because it's ready to move and the location seemed convenient. I picked a 2.5 BHK which is about 1050 square feet. The price was around 1.1 Crore. Sri Venkatswar Buildementioned it was completed in December 2023. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and lifts are good for someone like me. It's also close to Ashok Nagar Metro Station, which is a plus. One thing I noticed is that the roads leading directly to the colony are quite narrow, which can be a bit challenging to navigate, especially with traffic. Overall, I think it's a decent starting point.
