I've settled into my new 2 BHK in Sri Vari Homes. It's a 1014 square feet unit. Being retired, I wanted a peaceful environment, and the landscaped garden and tree planting here contribute to that. The price was 48.67 Lakhs. The Vastu compliance was important to me. I appreciate the fire fighting systems installed throughout the building for safety. My main concern is the traffic on Madambakkam Main Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to Tambaram Santorium railway station, nearby, is useful for occasional travel. The property staff are generally helpful and responsive to requests.
