We were renting nearby and decided to upgrade to our own place at Sri Vainavi and Vaibhav Apartment. The location in Kolathur is very convenient, being close to the Grand Northern Trunk Road and a short distance Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus. Don Bosco school is also a short distance, which is perfect for our child. We chose a 746 square feet 2 BHK flat. The construction quality seems robust. The gymnasium and sports facility are great benefits for us. One minor issue we've observed is that the dust from the main road can sometimes be noticeable inside, especially when windows are open. But the intercom and lift facilities are working well and the developer Sri Vinayaka Realtohas been responsive.
