My booking at Sri Shikhara Pride happened last month after checking multiple spots in Kurnool. Since it is an independent house, I like that the layout includes a dedicated separate pooja room and a store room which is very practical. Sri Vashista Developeseem to be doing a decent job with the construction updates so far. The location at B. Thandrapadu is quite peaceful compared to the city center, though the approach road is a bit dusty right now due to the ongoing work. I am hopeful that things will settle down once the project is finished in May 2029. The open kitchen design feels modern and adds a nice touch to the dining space. It is a good option if you prefer staying away from crowded apartment complexes.

I checked the plans and the inclusion of a store room and a separate pooja room is a good value add for future tenants or buyeMy only worry is that the area is still developing so public transport connectivity is limited for now. You definitely need your own vehicle to commute. If you are looking for long term appreciation, this is a solid choice to hold until the completion deadline of May 2029.

Sri Vashista Developementioned that each unit comes with a water sump with 6000 litecapacity, which is excellent for long term water security. Since I stay abroad, I needed something that is low maintenance and in a safe area. B. Thandrapadu seems like a good neighborhood with enough space. My parents visited the site in B. Thandrapadu and liked the open kitchen layout. The only minor concern is the lack of clarity on the bank tie-ups currently, but I am processing the payment independently. Looking forward to the May 2029 completion date.
