Sri Balaji Group has completed this project in February 2024, which is good because I wanted something ready to move. The prices range from 25.9 L to 88.8 L, so there were options. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and street lighting. My main concern is that the surrounding area is still developing, so there's quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby. Hopefully, that improves over time.

Finding a place near a good school was my priority. ColouIndian School is close to Sri Saimahan Nagar, which is fantastic. We bought a 2400 Sq.ft plot here from Sri Balaji Group. It's ready to move, and we plan to start construction soon. The project has basic amenities like a children's play area and rainwater harvesting, which are essential for a family. The price for our plot was approximately 80 Lakhs. The biggest downside is the traffic during peak houon the main roads leading to Kandigai; it can get quite congested. Despite that, the proximity to the school and the available space for our dream home made it a worthwhile investment.
