Finding a good plot for our family house was tough, but Sri Sai Surya Developein Gandhipuram seems perfect. We really prioritized having a school nearby, so Sri Gowthami Smart School being close is a massive relief for our daily routine. Nanda Kishore Narang is handling the project, and we liked the site visit. We chose a 1870.01 Sq.ft plot for our future home. The main road access is decent, although there is a lot of dust currently due to the ongoing construction nearby. We are hopeful that once the project is done by June 2027, the surroundings will be much cleaner and quieter. It is a great area to raise kids given the proximity to major roads.

I bought the 1865.71 Sq.ft plot for my portfolio. The proximity to the city center and the highway is excellent for business logistics. Everything is currently under construction, and they have communicated a June 2027 deadline which seems reasonable. One thing to keep in mind is that the price was not readily available without a direct inquiry, so you have to be prepared to negotiate with the developer team. Despite that, the land quality seems good and the location has high growth potential. I am satisfied with the deal so far and hope the final delivery meets the expectations.
