We were looking for a bigger space than our rental and decided on a plot in Sri Sai Enclave. It's located on the Bangalore To Budigere Road, which is convenient. The 1200 Sq.ft plot size is perfect for us to build our future home. Sai Akshaya Ventures has put in nice landscaped parks, and the 24X7 water supply is a must-have. The proximity to Devanahalli SEZ is also a factor for us, as Vikram's office is moving there. We are hoping to start construction soon. The price starting at 24 Lakh was within our budget. The only minor hassle is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but that's common in Bengaluru. We are excited to finally build our own house.
