The location in Avadi is developing, and the price for our unit was around 95 Lakh, which felt a bit high for the area but manageable for my savings. A significant concern is the lack of OC received, which makes us a little hesitant about the final legalities. Also, while Nazareth Matriculation School is close, the traffic on the main roads during peak houcan be quite heavy, making it a bit of a hassle to navigate daily.

My main worry is the lack of listed amenities; we expected a gym or pool at this price point. Also, construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can sometimes be an issue.
