The 1040 Sq.ft built-up area is perfect for us, offering enough room without being too much to manage. The location in Peerzadiguda is developing nicely and it's relatively close to Uppal Metro Station, nearby, which is great for our commutes. The price starting at 48.88 Lakh was manageable for us. We liked the inclusion of 24x7 water supply and lift(s) as essential amenities. Sri Maruthi Constructions seems to have provided good basic facilities. The parking situation is closed car parking which is convenient. It's ready to move in, so we can settle in quickly.

However, the 24x7 Security feels a bit undetaffed, with only one peon visible during our visits. We are also waiting for the OC details. The area around the project is still developing, so expect some construction noise.
