    We chose Sri Residency because of its proximity to schools. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is only a 2-minute drive, which is fantastic for our children. We looked at the 2400 Sq.ft plots and envision building a spacious home there. The developer, Sri Durga, has provided a children's play area and a community hall, which will be great for the kids and for gatherings. The price point is on the higher side, reaching up to 1.44 Crore, which stretched our budget a bit. Also, being in Bagalur, the dust from ongoing constructions in the vicinity can be a minor issue sometimes. However, the 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential conveniences we appreciate.
