Getting a home in Hyderabad is tough, but Sri Ratna Enclave looked promising. Being close to LB Nagar is very convenient for daily errands. We are looking at a 3 BHK unit, around 1500 Sq.ft. The developer, Sri Sri Bhavani Constructions, has some completed projects that we checked out. The fact that they have a substation and receiving station on-site is good for uninterrupted power. We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is typical but still a bother. Expected completion is October 2027.
