I bought a 2 BHK flat of 932 sq.ft for about 63.38 Lakh. The location in Ponniammanmedu, Chennai North, offegood connectivity via Jawaharlal Nehru Road and the Grand Northern Trunk Road. Essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and lift are present. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives a sense of security. While the price is on the higher side, the builder, Sri Raghavendra Builde, has a decent reputation. My main concern is that the OC has not been provided yet, which is something I'm keeping an eye on. Otherwise, it seems like a sound property.
