We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and bought a 2 BHK in Sri Prime Home Phase 3. The location in Mannivakkam is reasonably connected, being close to Vandalur railway station, which is useful for my commute. The apartment size is around 983 square feet, which is a good improvement. Sri Manishaa Homes completed this phase by March 2022, and it’s a Gated Community with 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. The price was around 49.5 Lakhs, which fit our budget for an upgrade. My only small issue is the car parking arrangement; it feels a little cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle or visitoOtherwise, the 24x7 water supply and intercom system are working well.

The price was within my budget, around 49.15 Lakhs for a 996 square feet 2 BHK. The fact that it was ready to move in was a huge factor for me. Sri Manishaa Homes delivered it by March 2022. I liked the idea of a Gated Community and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives a feeling of security. The location in Mannivakkam is developing, and it's good that it's close to schools like Mannivakkam Govt. High School, which is nearby. Parking is available, though I worry a bit about space if friends visit.

The 2 BHK apartment size is decent, around 983 square feet, which gives enough space. It's close to the Outer Ring Road, which is convenient for travel, but the traffic during peak houcan get a bit heavy getting onto the main roads. The developer, Sri Manishaa Homes, seems to have finished the project by March 2022. The Gated Community aspect and 24x7 water supply are definite plus points for my peace of mind. I'm still waiting to see how the sensor-operated dooand lifts hold up, but so far, it's been smooth sailing.
