The price range is also quite reasonable, going up to 23.39 Lakh for the bigger plots. Being ready to move is a big plus as we don't want to wait too long. The project has good amenities like a children's play area and a jogging track, which we will definitely use. My only worry is the distance from the main IT hubs, the commute might be long. Also, the surrounding area could be dusty during construction phases of nearby projects. However, the 24x7 security is reassuring.
