I picked up a 3 BHK unit here at Sri Om Pride, built up area is 1429 square feet, mainly as an investment. Jeedimetla is becoming a hub for industries, which usually means good rental potential. The project was completed in February 2022 and is ready to move in. Sri Om Buildeseems reliable based on their past projects. The area has decent connectivity to Nizamabad Hyderabad Road. My main concern is the traffic noise sometimes from the nearby main roads, which might affect future rental appeal. Also, the price point might be a bit high for rentelooking for affordability in this specific pocket of North Hyderabad. Landscaping looks decent though.

Pallavi Model School is about 5.4 kilometeaway, which is manageable with school transport. The 24x7 water supply is a huge relief for our family. The builder, Sri Om Builde, also included a fire fighting system which gives some peace of mind. The location in Pet Basherbad, Jeedimetla, is okay, but sometimes getting out onto the main roads can be a bit slow during peak houWe are still settling in, but the apartment layout is practical for a family.
