It is close to CIPACA Healthcare Services Private Limited, just about 3.2 kilometeaway. The 2 BHK flat is a decent size, around 950 square feet, which is enough for me right now. Power backup is a plus, especially for emergencies. I am still getting used to the traffic on Pallavaram Road during peak hou, it can be quite heavy. The landscaping is nice though, makes the place feel calm after a long day at work. Overall, it's a functional space and the ready to move aspect was critical for my relocation.
