I chose a 1816 Sq.ft plot, which felt like a good size for what I paid, around 43.4 Lakh. The developer, Sri Bhagya Homes, has included essential amenities like a children's play area and 24X7 water supply, which is very important. Being a gated community is also a good security feature. The roads inside look decent from the plan. It is reasonably close to St. Pauls Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is a plus if family visits. The price was a little higher than I expected but the plot size made it acceptable.
