I chose Sri Nilayam because it's ready to move in and the price was just right for me, around 51 Lakhs for a 2 BHK. The built-up area is about 1015 square feet, which is enough space for one peon. I felt safe knowing there is 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance throughout the complex. It's also convenient that there is power backup, so I don't have to worry about blackouts. The only small negative is that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit annoying sometimes. However, the apartment itself is quiet and comfortable. I can reach the Chanda Nagar Bus Stop in about 15 minutes.
