The price was in the upper range of my budget, about 56 Lakh, but the proximity to the hospital was worth it. Being ready to move was essential. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are appealing. However, the construction quality, while appearing solid, had some minor finishing issues in my unit that needed attention. Sri Sreenivasa Infra has been responsive to these small fixes. The location on OMR Road is quite busy, so noise can be an issue sometimes.
