I opted for a 2 BHK unit, approximately 747 square feet, providing ample space. The price range up to 37.35 Lakhs was reasonable for the area. The inclusion of Vastu compliant features and rainwater harvesting in the design was appealing. The closed car parking is a definite plus. The location in Pozhichalur is relatively peaceful. I am happy with the overall development and the security features like CCTV.
