They have also put in street lighting and a gated community setup, which adds to the security. The main challenge is the accessibility; it takes a bit of time to reach from the main highway. However, the water conservation and rain water harvesting systems are well-implemented.

Nizalapur Narasimha Rao has also ensured essential services like 24x7 water supply and electrification, including solar energy. The land is ready to move in, saving us construction time delays. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but that's common in developing areas. The water conservation efforts are commendable.

The landscaping and tree planting make the community look very green and inviting. The only minor issue is that the car parking space within the plot needs to be planned carefully when we build the house.
