For the smaller ones. It's ready to move, which was a big plus for us. Location on Old Morbi Road, Bhakti Nagar is okay, not too far from the main junctions. Sri Krishna Devlopehave a few projects in the area so we felt somewhat confident. The only thing is the road leading to it could be wider, feels a bit congested sometimes. But overall for investment purposes, it looks promising.
