The project is ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. The 3 BHK flats are impressively large at 1800 square feet. Having essential facilities like MGM Healthcare nearby is a definite advantage. The landscaping and tree planting within the gated community create a pleasant environment. My only slight concern is the noise from the main road sometimes, but being on Tank Bund Road, that’s somewhat expected. The price of 3.2 Crore was within my expectations for this locality.
