Finding a ready-to-move property in Hyderabad that offegood connectivity was key for my business. Sri Krishna Marvel is situated in Kothapet, which has reasonable access to NH65, though it's a bit of a drive. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper handed over the property with the OC received, which is a big plus. This meant we could move in immediately without any legal hassles. The construction quality appeadecent. My only concern is that the roads leading to the project can get quite congested during peak hou, which might be an issue for daily commutes.
