    I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Sri Homes, located in Parvathy Nagar, Madambakkam. The size of the flat is 795 square feet which is quite comfortable for my family. I was looking for something ready to move and this project by Sri Devi Buildeand promotefit perfectly, having been completed in 2013. The price was around 30 Lakhs, which felt acceptable for the space and location. Proximity to Velammal New Gen School at nearby was a huge deciding factor for my children. The 24/7 water supply and power backup are essential facilities. The only minor issue is the dust and noise during the day due to ongoing developments in the vicinity. Otherwise, it's a good place.
