The price of 48 L was reasonable for this size. The area is developing nicely and it’s good that it’s ready to construct. The proximity to the ORR within 5 minutes is very useful for traveling to Secunderabad. I'm looking forward to building my retirement home here. The developer, Sri Balaji Projects, seems reliable.
